We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on item(s) that are in an unused pristine condition and in the original packaging.

Please ship your return/exchange in a padded envelope or box. We recommend shipping back in a method that can be tracked and/or insured. We are unable to provide an exchange or issue a refund on merchandise that we did not receive. It is not necessary to send back gift boxes or catalogs. 

Please note: Discontinued, retired, sale, clearance and customized items are not eligible for return.

  • Please allow up to 6 weeks to process from the time postage tracking shows delivered to the Return/Exchange Dept.
  • Approved exchanges will ship back to you in the method selected on the Exchange form.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping expenses.
