We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on item(s) that are in an unused pristine condition and in the original packaging.

Please ship your return/exchange in a padded envelope or box. We recommend shipping back in a method that can be tracked and/or insured. We are unable to provide an exchange or issue a refund on merchandise that we did not receive. It is not necessary to send back gift boxes or catalogs. 

Please note: Discontinued, retired, sale, clearance and customized items are not eligible for return.

Start Your Return / Exchange

  • Exchanges or store credit on orders over $75 are free.
    • If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, either send it back for a store credit or check again in a few days. We get shipments frequently.
  • Orders under $75 or Refunds will be charged a processing fee to cover the cost of the shipping label.
  • Please follow the prompts and return your item within a week of receiving the label.
  • You will have the option to print the return label at home or take the QR code to the carrier and they can print the label for you.
  • If available, use the packaging the product was sent in and re-tape.
  • If you received the wrong item, please give us a call for a faster turn around time.
