There is no minimum age for Endless Elements™ permanent jewelry. However, any customer under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.
Hypoallergenic is a term for jewelry that is less likely to cause allergic reactions. Although everyone has different metal sensitivities, Nickel is the common culprit for most metal allergies. Nickel is most commonly found in White Gold.

All Endless Elements™ chains are made to last forever, or as long as you want to keep it on. However, you can easily cut the chain with scissors if you need to remove it.
Although TSA won't ask you to remove fine jewelry when going through security, you may be required to remove it during medical procedures such as X-Rays or MRI’s. Ask your doctor if this is required.
If you need to remove your bracelet for any reason, simply cut it with scissors. Bring in your chain and and we will re-weld it for $20.00.
Endless Elements™ chains are chosen for their beautiful design and easy wear. If your permanent jewelry breaks, bring it back in and we will re-weld it for $20.00. Elisa Ilana and Endless Elements™ are not responsible for lost or stolen chains.
