Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
All shipping addresses should be verified before submitting your order. If any shipping information is incorrect, you may incur a $15 re-direct fee to correct the address with Fedex. If your order has already left our facility and you chose USPS as your shipping method we cannot re-direct your package. Please contact us immediately to report any errors to avoid this fee or misdelivered packages.

How to file a claim with the post office:
Please visit www.usps.com and click on file a claim on the left hand side of the website.

Back Order Policy:
We carry an extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of Pandora inventory shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items shown on our website at all times.

If an item(s) is not in stock at the time your order is placed a backorder is created and you will be notified via email.

If your order contains (1) one or more items that are out of stock we may at our discretion split the order into multiple shipments unless otherwise instructed. The items that are in stock at the time of the initial order will ship via the shipping method originally selected. All items that are out of stock will ship at our expense via first class mail when they become available. Most items become available within 1-3 weeks.

Return Policy
A return authorization for refund, exchange or store credit, must be obtained from us via phone (402.926.3479 ext 1), or email (customerservice@elisailana.com) within 21 days of receiving the item(s).

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
  • The return authorization number must appear on the outside of the package.
  • We recommend you insure and request tracking for the package when sending it back to us. This is the best method to determine whether we have received your return/exchange due to the volume of incoming packages.
  • We also recommend using a padded envelope or box to ensure items do not fall out of the packaging or are damaged during transit. We are not responsible for items that are lost/damaged in transit to our facility.
  • You do not need to include gift boxing or catalogs with your exchange.
  • We will not issue a refund, exchange or store credit for items lost or stolen in transit.
  • Returns without a return authorization number will be processed on a case by case basis and will result in an exchange or store credit only. Please call or email before shipping back your item(s).
  • All discounted sales are final and cannot be returned for exchange, store credit or refund for any reason.
  • Our Quality Assurance department will determine if the item(s) are in original, unworn condition. Your request will be processed in the order it was received. Please allow up to 14 days for your request to be processed. During and after peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, allow 4-6 weeks for your request to be processed.

Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credit

Gift Returns
If you have received an item from Elisa Ilana/Pandora Jewelry as a gift you can return it for exchange or store credit within the parameters outlined above.

Our Quality Assurance department will determine if the item(s) are in original, unworn condition your request will be processed in the order it was received. Please allow up to 14 days for your request to be processed. During and after peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, allow 4-6 weeks for your request to be processed.

Holiday returns: Orders placed between Thanksgiving and Christmas have an extended return policy through January 15th.
